Ron sacrificed himself in the sorceror's stone for the good of harry and Hermione because he thought even that time that they both were more important that he was and the ones worth saving
Ron was Harry's first friend and the first one ever resembling a family
Ron lived in a small house and wore hand me down robes and even then , shared food and his room with harry
Ron took care of harry and Hermione when they were too busy saving the world
Ron stood on broken bones , in front Sirius black to tell him that if he killed harry , he would have to kill Ron first.
Ron gave his own scarf and socks to be buried in with dobby because he knew what it would have meant to him
Ron cared about house elves in the war , when no one else though about it
So if you don't like Ron , then please change your thinking
