I was drawing random stuff at my desk(if you want to see them owl me and I can send you a link)somehow I had gotten enough bravery to go back into my room. My brother was in there annoying me as usual, and it was dark b/c I like my room like that. All my brothers thought I had been lying about the spider and raided my room looking for it while making a huge mess. But that's not the point.
I had seen a dark shape scurrying across my wall next to my bed. I yelled at my brother, "SEE I TOLD YOU THERE WAS A SPIDER! LOOK RIGHT THERE!" I pointed my lamp at it and my brother calmly walked over to the wall with the spider on it and said. "Oh look! He's so cute!" I started yelling at him about how all spiders are murders and this one was trying to kill his only sister!(B/c HOW THE H*** ARE SPIDERS CUTE!?!?) I was panicking and started pacing around my room looking for a shoe I didn't like(b/c I don't like getting my things gross with spider guts. and spider legs. and spider heads...) Any way I gave up on finding a shoe I didn't like and ran into my brothers room, grabbed a random shoe(they don't care about getting messy) and handed it to my brother who I made promise he wouldn't help the spider and made a house out of the shoe(I didn't want to go anywhere near the spider.) I left the room b/c I couldn't look at it anymore. I heard the softest tap the world has ever seen. I walked back into my room. The spider was gone but I knew my brother was lying when he said he had killed it. I could just tell. I started yelling at him again for letting the blood thirsty beast go and he was all like "NO! I did to kill it!"
I didn't believe him one bit. When my dad came I started telling him what had happened. He looked at my brother in a disappointed way and said slowly. "You had the chance to be a hero." Still with a serious face he looked back at me and said "Where did the spider go?" "THAT'S THE POINT I DON'T KNOW!!!" I was practically crying. "I hit it and it fell behind the bed." my brother spoke up. "It's a lye." I said. "He helped the spider and broke the Unbreakable Vow!" (which I made him do before I left the room.) I stormed up to my room to pack my things(I refused to live in the room full of spiders) before anyone could talk.
