Still in Scotland after looking for the Bubotubers, I am now very far from any civilisation. My research has shown the possibility of an abandoned castle deep in a forest that was and still might be protected by Devil's Snare. As I get closer to it, I am constantly using Lumos in order to protect myself from it while still hoping that it will remain close enough that I can see it. As I reach the castle, there is moss and numerous species of vines growing on the walls which will make my search all the harder.

Opening the castle doors it is clear that the forest it taking it back, with a tree growing from the floor to above the ceiling and the staircase leading to the second floor turned completely to rubble. As I walked through the castle, I soon found a pile of skeletons of small animals. I began to move more cautiously and soon I saw vines starting to grow at a quick rate on the other side of the hallway. Using Lumos Maxima they continued to move forward, so I turned back to run away from them. Unfortunately, they still managed to grab onto me and started dragging me along the ground. I quickly relaxed as if I was dead and the Devil's Snare let go of me. After waiting a minute. I then got up and ran out of the castle knowing that more detailed research would need to wait another day. I am only glad that I wasn't choked too badly, and I'll need to bring an assistant to use Rennervate or Anapneo if I am attacked again during my next trek here.
