The reason why this plant is so easy to grow is for a number of factors. The main factor is that it has a much wider soil PH tolerance than most place, being anywhere from slightly acidic to neutral and beyond that all that this plant really needs is lots of sunlight and lots of water. While all of these factors do cause this plant to also have a large range of growth from a few inches to many feet tall, Knotgrass of any length can be used.
