Severus Snape Introduction
Chapter 1
Severus Snape is a half blood wizard son of witch Elieen Snape and Muggle Tobias Snape. After receiving his letter of acceptance into Hogwarts he had been sorted into Slytherin. It is important to remember that when Severus had Started his schooling in Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry that "The Dark Lord" had began his first reign of terror. In his later life he became a professor at Hogwarts initially teaching potions and later Defense against the Dark Arts. Finally his the last year of his life he became the Headmaster of Hogwarts taking over from his beloved predecessor Albus Dumbledore
The role and aftermath is so important to the legacy left by Severus Snape as in his death he had become a martyr and a figure of utmost loyalty. This is so significant as at this time loyalty was the rarest of commodities which had been buried by fear and the instinct for survival. Certainly, no one had seen loyalty like the kind shown by Snape in their life time therefore, for many Severus Snape became a romanticised figure.
The information that follows will aim to objectively evaluate the life and death of Severus Snape.
