When Kia, (Alpha of the wolf pack) gets struck by lightning in a storm in their forest, the human girl that grew up with them (Maya) has to aid him, and take care of the pack. She knows that Kia is to weak to leave the forest in a rush, but wolves are getting hunted, and they have to leave quick. Despite the fact that Kia's hurt, the forest was burnt down because of lightning during the storm, AND they have to leave in a rush, will they stay strong, and what will happen next? Members of the pack: Maya (human) Kia boy. Nora girl. Libby girl. Wind boy. Branch boy. Hazelnut girl pup. Treenut girl pup. The girl alpha, Ivey died. ):

Start Of A New Beginning?
Chapter 4
Maya's P.O.V.
It's been about a month since we came to this forest, and I didn't describe the cave, so I'm about to:
The cave is surrounded by a circle of trees, in the middle of the forest. When you first walk in, there is a desk I built, with a shelf above it, holding newspapers I kept in my bag. I built the desk and shelf with some trees that fell. You turn to the right, and there is a den with wood so I can start 'camp fires' my pack sleeps in that den, and the other sleeps next to our den.
Kia is mostly Ok now, but I still only let him leave when we go check on the other pack, since their cave isn't that far away. Me and Libby usually get food, but sometimes Branch goes while Libby takes breaks. Wind is always there to play with the pups, the only time he's not with them is when we visit the other pack, when we eat, and when we sleep. The 2 pups that we picked up while running away from the fire are now part of our pack. We call them Hazelnut (Girl) and Treenut (Also, Girl).
