When Kia, (Alpha of the wolf pack) gets struck by lightning in a storm in their forest, the human girl that grew up with them (Maya) has to aid him, and take care of the pack. She knows that Kia is to weak to leave the forest in a rush, but wolves are getting hunted, and they have to leave quick. Despite the fact that Kia's hurt, the forest was burnt down because of lightning during the storm, AND they have to leave in a rush, will they stay strong, and what will happen next? Chapter 3
Maya's P.O.V.
ABOUT 2 HOURS LATER/WHEN MAYA WAKES UP........
I wake up to a wolf pup licking my face. My mind goes straight to the dream I just had. A women screaming my name. A gir--- My train of thought gets interrupted when Branch comes to a complete stop. We are in front of a beautiful cave, I don't want any of the wolves to get hurt, especially Kia. I go in with Nora and Branch. The cave has 2 wolf pups and 2 parents. I give them a look that asks: Can we?'. So does Nora. They nod their heads understandingly, so I motion the pack to go in and get situated. Libby is the smartest of the pack, so I have her help Kia. Wind is the most caring and gentle, so he helps the pups. Branch and I go help the other pack find a cave. The cave that we found them had 3 other wolves, so we let them stay there. We go back to our pack and I help Kia. Wind and Branch go play with the pups.
