Game Rules-
We will use Magic.
If you dodge a spell you will have a certain time limit to doge it. This is the same for a countering spell.
IF I SAY YOUR OUT YOUR OUT.
No bad language, ever.
You can use any spell. ( yes, including the unforgivable curses because this is the Hunger games)
There will be 24 contestants
All will be RP
