What Are You, a Puzzle?
Chapter 3
~~Draco's POV~~
Two years later, and I still haven't figured out Potter!
I mean, he and his friends are completely useless and just rain on my parade, but then, he'll smile at me, and everything changes.
I was just looking out on the Hagrid's precious Hippogriff about to be executed.It nearly killed me! I tried to, you know, get with Pansy to make an effect on Potter, but it...Didn't really work.
Anyway, the Golden Trio came strolling out of the castle, Granger fuming. Next thing I know, her wand's at my throat.
I try to act totally nonchalant about the situation, and say something witty, but it comes out as a series of pathetic-sounding whimpers. I cringed. So much for an impression on that boy.
Weasley said something, and Potter looked troubled. That gave me hope. But, well...You know how the story goes.
And it didn't end up with Potter finally being impressed with me.
