She is like a kid! She dresses in pink everywhere she goes! Her walls are pink, her dresses are pink, you couldn't mention Umbridge without saying pink. What kind of person does that? Dolores does. And all of those pictures of kittens on her wall! It's so childish of her! All other Harry Potter villains aren't childish like she is! That is the first reason why Dolores Umbridge is the worst villain.
