Ravenkit looked up proudly at her mother. She wasn't Ravenkit anymore. She was Ravenpaw now. "Your mentor will be Starlingfur." Sparrowstar announced. Ravenpaw could see her mother smiling. This was what Ravenpaw had always dreamed of, to be an apprentice.
After the ceremony, Ravenpaw fell into a deep sleep, dreaming of her training the next day.
