TOM RIDDLE'S DIARY-
This Horcrux was not found by Ginny but was given by Lucius Malfoy. At the time, he(Harry) didn't know that it was a Horcrux but destroyed it anyway. But why 5th place when it is important to Voldemort??
As I said, it was given purposely not found like the rest of them. It was a trap for Harry but it kinda tricked the wrong person although it was very powerful. When Ginny confided in the diary, Tom Riddle (AKA Voldemort) wrote back.
