I myself, do complain, i know i know, i'm guilty about it. But i am most likely to change if i hear other people do the same after this, Complaining about your life is the wrong thing to do. Because people are out there with no money, water, food, nor shelter. If you live with a stable family or better, live in a good apartment/house and have a decent amount of things, like an i-pad or computer up to a PC you are lucky compared to other people. You have to be grateful.

Another thing is to be kind and caring, help other people, like a man crossing a road slowly because he's old, what would i do? help him out until he's on the sidewalk which is safe, this is what we need to do, but if you ignore this, i'll understand, but the right thing to do is understand me, so we can try to be a better person, If you have a bad reputation in something, being kind and caring will make a difference for yourself, people, family and friends.
