Getting started on HiH courses
Chapter 1
If you are new to HiH, take note that there are many interesting aspects. If you are wondering how to gain points, courses are the key. lets begin.
The 7 core courses
For first years, there are 7 core courses: transfiguration, potions, astronomy, herbology, history of magic, charms, and Dada (defense against the dark arts). You must complete each course, get all your work graded, pass with a 70% or higher, and mark each course complete, until the "advance years " button will appear.
Finding and doing the courses
If you look towards the middle of your screen. right in between "Groups & clubs" and "Library" there is a button that says"Courses." Once you are in, click on a course and select "enroll." then, read through a lesson and complete the quiz, and essay.(some essays are optional).
Course difficulties
If you are having trouble with courses, one option is to take notes and pay attention, the other is to contact a PA or professor. However, if you have waited a week for your work to be graded, just be patient. There aren't many difficulties if you know what to do.
(I believe more information can be found in the "HiH user guide)
