One particular moss ball
Chapter 2
I have a moss ball. Not any ordinary moss ball. Let me tell you how I got it. It all began when Shimmerwing died............
Sparrowkit watched as an elder, Shimmerwing, was attacked. Sparrowkit loved Shimmerwing, and quickly slipped out to save her. "Shimmerwing! Come here!" she squealed. "What are you doing here kid?! Go back..AAHHH!!" Shimmerwing was pinned, just as Snowfur picked Sparrowkit up. "No! Shimmerwing!" Sparrowkit squealed.
Soon, the battle subsided, and Sparrowkit crawled back to see Shimmerwing. "Shimmerwing! Wake up! Leaftail, what happened to her?" Sparrowkit asked. "Sorry kid." Leaftail said. "Shes on her way to Starclan now."
That, was how I got this moss ball. Mother told me it was a gift from Shimmerwing, with Shimmerwing's scent on it. Streamkit got one too, and to this day, the elders, would be the ones I was willing to protect the most.
