And no, I am not talking about how to defend yourself. Not everyone gets to fight He-who-must-not-be-named in their first year at school, even though everyone wishes it. Now this is how to uphold a reputation at hogwarts because, seriously, who hasn't heard "My parents were part of the war and knew Harry Potter..." It's getting old. What are you going to say when he says it's not true? Let's just say you'd be screwed. So this is how you must uphold a reputation without being boring and unoriginal. Unless you want to be... Which is quite unlikely.

When you finally get to school, well, just follow the same rules as before.

The sorting is the most important part of all. Not only for your school years, but for the rest of your life. Most of you probably already know the House you're going to be in and, most of the time, you are right. As for muggleborns who don't know anything whatsoever about the Wizarding World, this is the place where you will finally meet people with the same interests as you.

Before you get sad and frustrated like an idiot about the House you've been chosen to be into, I'm going to explain a couple of things about your House and show you that most of the things you've heard are LIES.
