Remus POV


I hop out of bed this morning, hair messed up from tossing and turning in my sleep, to tired to fix anything, but I have somewhere to be.

I grab the Snitch out of my bag and let it hover a few feet. How can anyone possibly like this thing? It’s just a waste of time, but it is a way to earn house points.

I put the snitch back where it belongs, shut tight in my bedside cabinet, and once I make sure that my dormmates are sleeping, I head out.

•••Meanwhile in the dorm•••

James POV

I wake up after I hear the door slam loudly. I groan, who wants to wake up at 6:30?

I head to the bathroom to check how I look in the mirror, and I see that my hair is a big tangled mess.

I look in Sirius’s bag for my comb, since I lent it to him, but then I remember something. After that, he lent it to Moony.

I look in his bag, but my comb isn’t there, then i notice something moving in his bedside cabinet, so I open it, and my eyes go wide.

A Golden Snitch.
