Hmmm. He asked me out. I tried to say no, but what would he have done if I had said no? I'll say yes, and he will think I'm serious. I'll just say no, then.

(Hermione catches up with Draco after their Potions class together. "I'm sorry, Draco," she said, "but I don't want to go out with you."

"Okay then, err, that's fine......"

They walk apart. The next day, Hermione sees Draco telling Crabbe and Goyle that he didn't want to be with them at the moment. Quickly pulling out Harry's Invisibility Cloak from her handbag, she followed Draco to see where he was going.

She followed him into the Room Of Requirement, and next moment (Oh no, thought Hermione ) Draco banged his forehead on a wooden bench and started weeping. Without thinking, Hermione pulled off the Invisibility Cloak and shouted,
"Draco!"

He stopped weeping and looked at her.
"What are you doing here, Mudblood?"

"Dont call me mudblood! And I'm here to apologise to you for saying no. I decided to change my mind." And without planning it, without knowing it, she kissed him.
