The dewy grass and the hot air were creating humidity on the large, green Quidditch field. There were two people running fast, both a male and female. The female’s hair was slowly changing from a florescent violet to a mouse brown, the wind messing it up, and the hair straightening itself. The male looked tired, exhausted, but his face full of purpose, meaning, and, not to mention, scars. His clothes were old and tattered, like he had not bought a new suit for a year. The girl stopped, and shouted, “Wait!” The man did what she said, though clearly not wanting to. He looked up at the sky featuring the almost full moon, and sighed. “There isn’t enough time! You shouldn’t be here.” He yelled, as they were about 7 yards apart. Now it was the female’s turn to sigh. “You forgot something!” The female shouted, and got closer. She handed the man a small vile marked Wolfsbane. He nodded in gratitude and began to run. “Goodbye, Remus.” The girl shouted, but the words she said were carried into the wind and forgotten, not reaching his ear. Her perky, straight, now brown hair, turned to some unruly midnight black curls. She sat in silence for minutes, when a silvery blue Patronus taking the shape of a wolf ran to her, and said in Remus’s voice, “Goodnight, Dora.” And the wolf ran away, fading into air as it did. She let a tear fall from her watery eyes, this scene contradicting her bright personality. A shiver ran down her spine as the moon finally fully rose from the clear sky, and she heard a pained howl, and she sat there, knowing that she could do nothing to help. Even Wolfsbane couldn’t fully help. You could only hope for the best, ‘And with Remus Lupin.’ The girl thought, ‘The best is what you get.’ she was thinking, with a smile on her face.
