Chapter 2- The Letter
Chapter 2
I wake up and walk downstairs and find mum by an owl. "What are you doing, mum?" I ask.
"There's a letter here for you." Mum answers. "Why don't you open it?" She asks, pushing it towards me. I look at her and she nods encouragingly. So i open it. My eyes scan it and then i see 'Accepted into the school of Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry'
"Hogwarts?" I ask excitedly. Mum nods.
"You and Lily both are going to Hogwarts." She says.
"I'm...wow...i can't believe it!" I say happily.
"What can't you believe?" Dad asks, walking into the kitchen.
"I'm going to Hogwarts!" I yell excitedly, showing dad the letter.
"Congratulations. Hogwarts is a great place. We'll go to Diagon Alley tomorrow for your stuff." Says Dad, smiling. I smile back and hurry back to my room.
