The first step in getting a new friend, is to pick the perfect pygmy puff. When selecting a pygmy puff, keep in mind the age, color, weight, awesomeness, height, and attitude you want. Once found, you will need correct supplies including a cage, bed, food (even though they quite enjoy wizard boogers), toys, and perhaps, clothing. Then, you will proceed to purchase your puff, which will probably cost about  3 galleons plus supplies.
