Fun Things to do When You Are Bored

Exercise!
Chapter 7
Is quarantine making you lazy AND bored? Well why not get in shape while you can? Here are some ways to help you guys get in shape:
- jog for 5 minutes in place, then take a break for 5 minutes. Do this 5 times.
Magic#:5
- 10 push ups, 10 curl ups, do this 4 times for 40 push ups and 40 curl ups.
Magic#:4
- grab two gallons of milk that are either halfway full, or full (your choice), and lift them one at a time, 20 lifts for each arm then do that cycle at least 3 times (feel free to do it more than 3 times!)
Magic#:3
- go swimming! If you have a pool of course... But these days are getting a bit hot and in a few weeks, it's bound to get hotter!
- go on YouTube and do exercise classes. There are tons of them! Here is one class PE teachers have assigned their students to do during quarantine. My teacher has also assigned these videos for my class. You are probably already assigned these videos for around the world many people are doing them:
