Thana and I
written by Athena
Read all about my life with my twin sister Thana, it is torture! We are so different we can´t even agree on the fact that one plus one equals two! I always try to interrupt her when she´s alone in her room practicing what she calls ¨dark artsy stuff¨ so she doesn´t get any more obsessed than she already is. Nobody wants a Voldemort 2.0! (If you like this book please add it to your bookshelf because I will keep adding chapters)

In Diagon Alley
Chapter 3
"Where are you supposed to get all this?" asked Lily as she read Thana's list of things she'll need. "It says right there, Diagon Alley." said Hazel, pointing. "But, Malcolm's told me all about Diagon Alley. Only wizards can go there, so it looks like Hazel and I will have to go alone." Thana said mischievously. This is not true, muggles can actually get into Diagon Alley but Thana wanted to be able to look around Knockturn Alley. As Hazel didn't know anything about the wizarding world, she just went with whatever Thana said.
THE NEXT DAY (AUGUST 27)
"Ok Hazel, you can do whatever you want, I'm sure people here would be happy to help if you get lost. Just don't follow me, you won't like where I'm going." Thana said. And with that she left Hazel looking slightly scared as she headed for Knockturn Alley. "Ok, I guess I should get my robes first, they're at the top of my list..." said Hazel recovering quickly from the shock of her sister leaving her. Hazel walked into Madame Malkin's Robes for all Occasions. "Hello dear, Hogwarts?" asked the seamstress whom Hazel assumed was Madame Malkin. "Yes." she replied. Madame Malkin smiled and said, "Come stand over here." she ushered Hazel over next to a rack of clothing and a boy with red hair. "Hello, I'm Andrew Weasley, who are you?" said the stranger. "Hazel Anderson" Hazel answered. The boy smiled at her, Hazel grinned back. "Is it your first year at Hogwarts too?" Andrew asked. "Yes," said Hazel nervously "I'm very nervous, I'm a muggle born you see, what about you?" "Pureblood." Andrew answered with a note of bitterness in his voice. "Why is that a bad thing?" asked Hazel, noticing the bitterness in Andrew's voice. "Well it's not really, but some purebloods have tarnished our reputation. Now lots of people think we're all ignorant, egotistic idiots." Andrew sighed. "Oh, well, you don't have to worry about me thinking that. Since I'm a muggle born, I don't know much about the wizarding world so I can't have opinions. If you ever need it, you have a friend in me." Hazel said soothingly "Thanks Hazel. Do you want to meet up before we get on the train? Then we can find a compartment together." Andrew suggested. "Oh yes, that would be great!" said Hazel, happy she had already made a friend. "All right, you're good to go Weasley." said Madame Malkin putting their conversation to an end. Andrew smiled at Hazel one last time and left. With no one left to look at except Madame Malkin, Hazel gazed into the mirror and saw a pretty girl with straight light brown hair with natural dirty blonde streaks and hazel eyes gazing back at her.
THANA
"How did you get away from your parents and sister?" asked Malcolm incredulously. "I convinced... well actually, I tricked my parents into not coming and I ditched my sister. She'll be fine, she's probably already made friends with a bunch of idiots who need someone to lead them because that's all they and she are good for." Thana explained. Malcolm laughed. "I just found this really cool store we should check out!" said Malcolm excitedly. "That sounds great!" replied Thana happily. They entered the shop. "How can I help- what are you two doing in here?" questioned the shopkeeper, "You're too young to be in here, let me guess, you're parents are some ministry workers and they sent you in here to spy on me. Did they huh? well... GET OUT! OUT! NOW! GET OUT!" Malcolm and Thana ran as fast as they could out of the shop. "I hope that all the shopkeepers aren't like that." panted Thana. But they were. Eventually, Thana and Malcolm were forced to return to Diagon Alley. "Well that's just great. Now we have to do normal shopping." said Malcolm irritably. But just then Malcolm's mum spotted him ran over to them. "Oh Malcolm! Malcolm, I was so worried! Where were you? Quick now you're coming back with me." fussed Vanessa Malfoy. And with that Malcolm was swept away by his mum. "Great now I'm gonna have to hang out with Hazel." Thana said angrily. She spotted Hazel walking out of Flourish and Blots with armfuls of bags. "What is all that stuff?" asked Thana, rather more aggressively than she had intended. "All the stuff I need for Hogwarts, I've already got my wand, do you wanna see it? I love it!" said Hazel brightly. "No thanks I'm good." said Thana, suddenly angry. And she walked away towards Ollivander's Wand Shop, leaving a puzzled Hazel behind her.
