Chapter 6
A/N I’m going to be referring to Hermione as Lana now, ok?
Lana POV
“Lana.” She starts in a calm voice. I guess my fear is obvious. “We’re your real parents.” I felt the need to break tension so I shook her hand and said, “Hey, dad!” She laughed. I didn’t. She seems oddly serious, given that a moment ago the was laughing. She cleared her throat. “Would you like to come with us to the manor?” I’m, well, um, shocked. “I’ll, um, think about it.” I replied
~~That night in Lana’s room~~
(Knock, Knock)
“Come in.” I say sleepily. I look over at the clock. It’s 10pm, not even that late.
“Hermi- Lana?” Mrs. Granger steps into my room.
“Yes?”
She sits on my bed.
“I think that it might be better for you to move in with your family.”
Confusion instantly turns into anger.
“Do you WANT to get rid of me?” I half say half shout.
She starts crying.
“No, its just... they’ve waited 18 years for you, Lana. They shouldn’t have to wait anymore.”
