So as we stated in the last chapter Tom went into exile, something I forgot to mention was though that when he went the already changed his name to Voldemort, but I'm just going to call him Tom. When he went out of exile he went to find some people that he knew and would further more be known as Death Eaters, the followers to Lord Voldemort. Soon after that he sent Snape to listen in on Tewology's interview, but before he could hear the full prophocey he was found out about and kicked out, but thinking he knew the whole thing went to Tom and told him what he heard. So Tom using the misinformation he had went after Harry Potter but Harry's mom Lily used love and saved him so Tom was defeated without the knowledge that he turned Harry into a Horcrux (more information in the next chapter)
