Chapter One: When's the Train Coming?
Chapter 1
I could hardly wait. It was Saturday. One day away from the day. That's right, the day. When I get picked up from this muggle town and start my life of magic. "Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack!!!!" I hear from down the hallway. Oh yeah, there one more thing. All of a sudden my door bursts open. Standing in the door frame is a hyperactive five-year-old. My sister's going to Hogwarts with me. "Jack, breakfast's ready!!!", she said. "I'm coming, I'm coming."I said, with a groan as I got out of bed.
I looked at the clock. "Sis, why'd you wake me up at 6 am again?" I asked, feeling a bit annoyed. "Because I'm an early riser!!!!!!", she said rushing down the stairs. Mmmmm... I smelled pancakes. Delicious. As i went downstairs, I saw two things: Sis taking practically all the pancakes and putting them on her plate. And Mom and Dad looking at a letter that came in the mail very seriously. "Hey Mom, hey Dad. What's up?" I said, intently. "Oh, hey, Sport!" said Dad as he rubbed my head.
"We've got some good news and some bad news." said Mom. "Yeah?" I said. "We made pancakes!!" said Mom as I looked over to see Sis shoving them in her mouth. "What's the bad news?" I asked. "Well...I was just getting to that." she said.
"I don't think you can go to Hogwarts this year." she said. I almost flipped out.
