She pulled out her phone and started messaging someone , probably saying that her neighbour couldn't play and they had to cancel the match . Or game . Whatever . '' My friends are going to join us . You don't mind , right ? '' she asked . '' No , it's fine . After all , my parents keep saying to get to know my neighbours . It's fine " I said . We walked in silence . I thought about my experience in the woods . I hadn't got any sleep at all . Why had this move taken such a disastrous turn ? What did i do to deserve this ? '' Ivy , are you okay ? We talked for a couple of hours , about until lunch . After that , I talked to this boy named Lucas , who was a huge fan of horror movies . After a few hours of talking and bickering , we went to our houses . '' Hi Ivy . How was your day ? '' my parents asked '' It was good . I made a few friends '' I said and started to go to my room . It had been a couple of minutes since mom and dad left . I had decided to watch a movie . It was when i was checking the ratings when i heard the door open and close . Surely , my parents wouldn't be here so soon . I grabbed a torchlight . Not the best weapon , but it was my only choice . I slowly walked down the stairs . Standing at the door was a girl my age .
