Note: this lesson was mostly introduction and extra credit, so there wasn't a lot of work.
This is everything you need to know to pass the mandatory quiz.
*PAs do NOT receive extra credit in this class.
*You can get the required telescope at wiseacres wizarding equipment.
*Copy and pasting from the lesson is unacceptable and will result in a 0.
*There is no textbook for first-year astronomy students.
*All optional essays are extra credit.
*If you wish to become an ASTR prefect, you can fill out an application.
*The lowest grade you an get to pass is an A.
*There are no due dates for assignments.
*Astronomy classes start at 10 PM on Wednesday, my dudes.
*Assignments are not immediately graded.
*A good way to improve your grade is to understand what you did wrong in previous assignments.
EXTRA CREDIT:
Write an essay describing your experience with astronomy. This can include astronomical events you have witnessed, or what you have learned about astronomy, or your enjoyment of the beauty of the night sky, or more than one of those. You can also include your experience with the effect of astronomy on magic here on Earth, including astrology.
NOTE: While I have all of the necessary information here, I strongly suggest reading through the whole lesson/instructions.
