Going to Hogwarts
Chapter 2
Harry went to Diagon Alley with Hagrid to get all of his school supplies. Harry had lots of wizarding money from his parents. Finally the first of September came, and the Dursleys dropped Harry off at King's Cross. Harry did not know how to get onto Platfrom 9 3/4. Luckily he met the Weasleys and they helped him. The Weasleys are a big part of Harry's life, so don't forget them.
On the train Harry got a compartment by himself, because he did not know anyone. Ron came and asked if he could sit there. Harry of course said yes. Later Hermione Granger, another big part of Harry's life, came into the compartment and asked if they has seen a toad, a boy named Neville's lost one. They said no, but then Hermione saw Harry's scar and introduced herself.
At their first year at Hogwarts they encountered a three-headed dog, a giant troll, and their DADA, (Defence Against the Dark Arts), professor dies, and he is after Nicolas Flamel's Philosopher's, (or Sorcerer's if you're in America), stone, and he was a death eater, (one of Voldemort's supporters).
