Dear Diary,

After getting my Hogwarts letter, I've been a bundle of nerves. I was so scared that no one would like me and that my professors were going to be mean and scary, but they seem pretty nice so far. What if I can't do a spell right and everyone laughs? At least I've got Pascal with me. I don't know what I'd do without him. I've also got Merida. Unfortunately, we weren't sorted into the same house since she's a Gryffindor, but I wouldn't give up Ravenclaw for anything. I love it. The people are so nice and everyone's so smart and creative. It makes me a little nervous sometimes but the atmosphere is just amazing. Everyone's so nurturing and supportive, especially of my artwork. Alas, I'm not allowed to paint the walls of my dorm, but that doesn't mean I haven't hung up a few paintings of my own.

The train ride here was pretty fun. Merida introduced me to her new boyfriend, Hiccup. He's from Scotland and apparently they've got these huge dragons where he's from. Hiccup's even friends with one of them. His name is Toothless because Hiccup thought he didn't have teeth at first. What a cutie. Hiccup and Merida are adorable though. The way he looks at her and ugh it's just so cute. I wish someone would look at me like that. After my breakup with Flynn, I was so brokenhearted and I didn't know what to do, but Merida stuck by me the whole time. I've gotten over him, but it still hurts a little bit. Hiccup has a really cute friend though. His name's Jack I think and we're in the same Transfiguration class, but he doesn't really notice me. He just sits in the back with the rest of his Slytherin buddies and tries to look cool. But then again, I could never resist a bad boy. Hopefully we'll get to know each other if you know what I mean ;).
