Backstory

I can't believe I really received a letter from Hogwart's! I was expecting a letter from my Ma's school, Beauxbatons Academy of Magic but I'm soo glad I got to Hogwarts instead. It was my Pa's school, he was in Ravenclaw. Even though I was sorted into Gryffindor, he is still very proud. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to go, because I'm an elf, but I'm pure-blood, and my parents are both elves also. Pa said that I needn't worry about my race here.

Anyway, Pa was the best in his class, he is now an Auror for the Ministry of Magic. Ma is a potions master at Beauxbatons. I hope I can live up to their expectations. Pa said whatever I end up being good at, I will be the best.

I intend to make that statement true!
