Peter Vance is boy who is the reincarnation of Mordred. He is currently attending Hogwarts as a first year, but Professor McGonagall has said that he has to repeat the same year due to his age although he is extremely smart. Peter hates flying class, and he does not want to take whatsoever do to his fear of heights. It is the only class he will ditch. A few months later, his father was told to help out at Hogwarts due to lack of professors.

Peter has a shy, smart, innocent, and hyper-active personality. He is shy when it comes to speaking to new people. When he is around his family, he is mostly hyper. The reason for this is because most of the students pick on and torture him in class and at the great hall. He loves to read books on dragons, which are his favourite magical creatures. He also can fluently speak parseltongue.

If you haven't noticed yet, Peter is not like any other wizard. He doesn't need a wand sometimes. He can use telepathy.
