Backstory

Ceris Sarafian is a first year student at Hogwarts. She's a pureblood witch who has just been sorted into Slytherin, her intended house. Her family has been sorted into either Ravenclaw or Slytherin since the time of Rowena and Salazar, so Ceris is proud to carry on the tradition. Ceris is a big believer in the idea that a witch/wizard isn't inherently dark or light, and that light magic can be used with dark intentions and vice versa. She is an introvert, stubborn, calculating, respectful, loyal, and true to her house, her family, and herself. She intends to explore a few career options with her NEWT's in her later years and intends to learn as much as she can, as early as she can, to prepare her for her future.
