Backstory

Hey! I'm Maria, but my friends call me Mary. I got sorted into Hufflepuff, and I absolutely love my house! Defence Against the Dark Arts, Astronomy and History of Magic are my favorite subjects, unlike potions, that one I don't enjoy as much. My parents are both muggles, but my friends don't really care about it. I have am owl named Apollo and a dog named Bruc that I plan on taking to school next year, but please don't tell anyone!

Academically speaking, I think I'm good at studying and enjoy learning, but I get too overwhelmed and stressed really easily, for I tend to push myself a lot. Of course, not everything at Hogwarts is studying, it's also about making friends and growing up, both internally and externally. I don't really know what to do after I graduate, but I am interested in being a professor or work as an Auror.

As for my hobbies, I love reading, singing, watching movies or TV shows and baking! If we become friends, expect a lot of baked goods as presents :D. I also like to go on horseback rides and walking around nature. My three favorite foods are sushi, pasta and coffee, I would literally just eat those foods forever if I could.
