Backstory

I was so surprised to receive my Hogwarts letter. I had no idea that magic was real, although it does explain why I would occasionally send tiny sparks flying when I got excited. My favourite part of visiting Diagon Alley was finding my wand, and I'm excited that I'll be learning how to use it. I spend my time with my nose in a book, reading about far away adventures, and now I get to live in a real castle. That's a lot more interesting than living in a muggle suburb. I'm an only child, so I'm looking forward to living in a dorm with my friends.
