Backstory

Usually muggle-born witches and wizards were found at a young age and sent to their respective school for magic. My case is a bit more unique. It wasn't until the age of 18 that I was sent a letter explaining what I truly am. I slipped through the cracks in America, but somehow I caught the attention of the UK's wizarding world. A representative from the Ministry of Magic visited me to explain my options. I could attend a school for witches and wizards called Hogwarts, or I could have my memory erased and go back to my normal life. My answer was a no-brainer. Soon after I was on my way to a place called Diagon Alley for school supplies and other essentials, then I was placed on a train to Scotland. My unusual position caused quite a stir at the school for magic, especially after I was placed in Slytherin, the house with a reputation for causing trouble.
