Backstory

Even though I am a Muggleborn, I knew that magic existed at a young age, since my godmother was a witch. She was one who recognized that I had magic within me and taught me the basics along with my "cousins". So when the time came to go to school, I followed the cousins to Koldovstoretz, despite living in the States, and spent the first four years learning about everything that the magical world had to offer.

Learning at Koldovstoretz wasn't enough for me, however, and I decided to transfer to Hogwarts, as their library held more resources. It was awkward since I knew basically no one at Hogwarts and blood prejudice was even more apparent once the sorting hat decided that I belonged at Slytherin. I would have preferred Ravenclaw, but it seemed that I had more ambition than a thirst for knowledge. One of the cousins followed me to Hogwarts because apparently, I attracted "trouble" and needed someone to "drag me away from the dumpster fire that I started", whatever that means.

My time at Hogwarts for the remaining three years weren't as productive as I had imagined it to be. Some idiot named Voldedump had managed to get himself offed there about five years before I started Hogwarts and there were still some some animosity towards Slytherins, because of course ALL Slytherins are evil and followed Moldy. Anyways, I didn't feel like moving to yet another school or go back to Koldovstoretz so I just concentrated on my studies. It did get better for me later on.

The subjects that I excelled most at were Charms, Arithmancy, Alchemy, Transfiguration, Potions and Astronomy, which led me to decide to become a curse breaker once my studies ended. Bill Weasley was a curse breakers that was recommended to me and I got to learn under his tutelage, which turned out to be a great experience. So now, I'm traveling around the world, learning about the different cultures and experiencing magic at its finest. Oh and also breaking some curses too.
