Backstory

I still remember the day I got my letter. A couple months ago, a couple weeks before school started. "Congratulations. You have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry." I was so excited, I forgot to tell my parents and rushed off to whatever the "Leaky Cauldron" was. As a muggle-born, I don't know much about magic and the wizarding world, but I have read all of the textbooks, and even Hogwarts: A History- don't ask me why. I looked at the new Firebolt, and knew I had to get it, even if it is bending the first-years can't get broomsticks rule. I can just blame that on my lack of Hogwarts knowledge. Anyways, I absolutely love Quidditch- well, I read all about it. I going to try out for the Quidditch team next year.
