Backstory

As a Slytherin from a long line of Hufflepuffs, let's just say my family was... surprised. Not that I was of course. I've always been the odd one out in my family, never really took to the whole "kindness thing". But can you really blame me? Kindness just leads to a life of being stepped on. But this isn't where I put my family troubles. I'm Cordelia Lane Rhodes, but if you call me anything other than Lane sleep with one eye open. I'm a Slytherin and a damn good one at that. I'm also a Metamorphmagus, although I don't really use it often. My Father owns a small shop in Diagon Alley that I help him run over the summer and my mother, well let's just say she was never in the picture. Dad told me she died when I was young but I'm not sure if I believe that. It's just been my father and I since I can remember, well us and our nice little zoo at home. Dad sort of collects magical creatures. Can't say I blame him. Cute little buggers when they're not ruining the garden. Anyway that's enough about me for now.
