Early Life and Background➜Ava's parents are Andrew and Azalea Roberts (née Goldstein Scamander). Her mother was the granddaughter of Tina Goldstein and Newt Scamander, and the daughter of Alistair and Brooklyn Scamander. Her great grandmother didn't want her maiden name to die out after her, so Ava's mother took her name and passed it on to her. Her father was a pureblood wizard born to Carson and Amelia Roberts (née O'Brien).

Growing up as a pureblood in the Wizarding World, Magic was always around her. It fascinated her, and still does. The Roberts were frequently visited by other Wizarding families such as the Weasleys, the Potters, the Malfoys, the Blacks, the Scamanders and so on.

First Signs of Magic➜At the age of 5, Ava went out camping with her family. Around the place they were camping, were a clump of majestic trees. She attempted to climb one of them, but fell down accidentally. As soon as she touched the ground, the forest floor turned candy soft and she escaped unharmed.
