Backstory

(Younger Student) Do you my Hogwarts letter arrived I thought it was a prank. That day was my birthday. We were supposed to Move to London that summer and I was really exited. After we moved to London and we got over the jet lag I started decorating my room my room. I put up all of my things that’s related to Harry Potter. My dad works for the foreign service so I have to move around a lot. When we went to The leaky cauldron the innkeeper named Tom helped us get into Diagon alley and showed us around. I immediately went to flourishing blocks to get my new books. I’m most excited about Potions and Transfiguration and History of magic. I’m excited about potions because it supposed to be like cooking, transfiguration turning on object into another object, now doesn’t that sound cool and history of magic I just naturally love history. Next we went to the magical menagerie I immediately fell in love with a beautiful snowy owl. I named her Adelaide. After that we went to the apothecary to get my potions ingredients and cauldron. Next stop was Ollivanders. Well testing out wands I ended up throwing a cat halfway across the room. My wand is 12 1/2 inches With Ebony wood and a unicorn hair core. I want my final stuff I decided I should go to Wesley’s wizard wheezes so I can pick us up some things to prank people with. Our final stop is called a quality quidditch supplies. I know we couldn’t get a broom but I went looking around the store anyways. I knew I would love to fly. On September 1 my parents dropped me off at Kings Cross they couldn’t take they couldn’t go with me to the platform. Despite loving the Harry Potter series and have a reading all of the books like a bajillion times I wasn’t sure if it was if what they said was the correct way to get onto the platform. I was by the platform nine and 10 and then I heard a red haired women say,” Of course packed with muggles like always!”. I imediately went up and ask them how to get onto the platform then the nice Man said,”first year eh? Lily has also starting first year what’s your name. I said, “my name is Lily too what a coincidence.” Then the woman said,”all you have to do is run out to the platform” “OK” I said I wasn’t sure if that was right. I looked up once again and realize that I was talking to Harry and Ginny Potter. “your Harry Potter right” I said “yes” he said sounded annoyed and exasperated I said, “I’m so sorry I didn’t mean to annoy you I’m just a really big fan I read all the books and half of my room is decorated with things from Hogwarts I’m really sorry.” I was so embarrassed I immediately ran onto the platform found a compartment it’s up by myself. After a little while Lily came on and we started chatting and she said, “you should’ve seen my mum after you left she was yelling at my dad so loud” “I’m so sorry I didn’t mean to get him in trouble!” she said, “no no it’s fine are you a Muggle born?” “ Yes “ I replied “I don’t believe this is actually happening at first I thought it was a prank but I don’t think it is at this point.” Lily just laughed. about an hour later after Lily and I finished talking a girl named Alexandria Thistle came on saying that she had to leave a compartment because four boys ended up hexing each other. We did up having conversation for about three hours until a boy named Joshua Abbot came on he said “have you guys seen a black cat about yea hi a boy named Tyler‘s lost one.” Sorry we don’t know we all said at the same time we ended up laughing Joshua said I seen you before I said when. He said diagonally I was the person who got out of next years oh I said you were the kid he ended up staying in a compartment a talking until Tyler came on asking hasn’t even seen my cat no we are replied. Once we got to Hogwarts Hagrid the game keeper/ Care of magical Treacher’s teacher took us on boats to get to the castle Alexandria, Joshua, Tyler, Lily and I sat on a boat together. But we didn’t know what the time is that was a start of one of the best friendships ever. Want to go to the castle Lily in Alexandria were sorted into Ravenclaw well Joshua Tyler and I got sorted into Gryffindor.
