Backstory

(Younger Student) I had been waiting for my letter since forever. When i thought maybe i should just give up. A year later, right before summer vacation, an owl swept gracefully into my house. Eyes wide with wonder, yet a little frightened, i took the letter it carried. I smoothed the owls feathers and gave it a little food from my own sisters pet owl. It quickly flew away, and i hastened to open my letter. When i finished reading i jumped up to go and show my proud parents.
