My Favorite Trolley Snack: Fizzing Whizbees
I was so excited the day that I got my Hogwarts letter! Both of my parents are wizards, so I was sure that I would get one. I had been to Diagon Alley before with my parents, but it seemed special this time. Before Diagon Alley, we got some butterbeer at the Leaky Cauldron. It was delicious, as always! In Diagon Alley, we first stopped at Gringott's to get a bit of money. Then, we got my robes, stopped at Florean Fortescue’s for some ice cream, my wand, and everything else on the list! The only bad part about all this was that I learned that First Years aren’t allowed on the house Quidditch team!
I am most looking forward to Defense Against the Dark Arts! I can’t wait to fight off any crazy creature we end up learning about. The class I am least looking forward to is History of Magic… BORING. (Though my Dad does not agree…) I am worried I might lose my way in the first few days, but I am sure I will learn the castle quickly. The Sweetwater All-Stars are my favorite quidditch team back in the U.S.
