Backstory

I was sorted into Gryffindor, even though I always assumed I would be a Ravenclaw because my mother was sorted into Ravenclaw and she and I are really alike, it is uncanny how much alike we are. But as soon as the hat was placed on my head it started to go back and forth and ponder on where to put me and it took quite a bit of time for it to decide. I am a proud Gryffindor and I do not question the choice it made anymore as I have come to realize that maybe I had something in me that my mother did not and that is why I am a Gryffindor.

I am a half-blood, if my sorting story did not make that clear, and it is my mother who is the magical one and my father is a muggle. My brother did not get the magical gene so he is a squib, so in my family only the women have the magical gene. I have always been encouraged by my family to follow my dreams, even if it is not in the magical world. But I have always liked being a witch and I would say my dream job as a witch is to be a magizoologist, with maybe a musical hobby on the side, because I have an admiration for both magical and muggle-world creatures. I myself have a beautiful grey morph tawny owl named Dottie, and she is a really quirky and adventures girl. If I would to not be in a wizard occupation I would probably be a baker, I do love to bake and cook, and maybe I could have a shop in Diagon Alley just selling muggle cakse adn sweets and bread for all magical folks to enjoy.

If I was to describe myself I would say I am a caring and determined person who has a great enthusiasm for music. I would say my greatest strength is my ability to care for others, and my greatest weakness is that I care too much so that I forget to care for myself. My true wish in life is to be happy and healthy, start a family and live the life I want to.
