Backstory

I am a muggle-born first year in my dream house, Ravenclaw. I absolutely love animals, so it makes perfect sense that I am really excited about Care of Magical Creatures, but I enjoy all the courses. I had a fairly standard childhood, with two fantastic parents who always that if I wanted something I needed to work for it and not take no for an answer. That is exactly what I did when my Hogwarts acceptance letter arrived. In my heart, I had always knew magic existed, so I knew I had to look into this letter just in case it was real. It is an underestimate to say my parents were skeptical. After constant pleading, since we were visiting London they took me to King's Cross Station. To say they where astounded that I was correct would also be an underestimate. However, my parents were extremely supportive, despite the short notice, and continue to be for my younger sister who is making her debut at Hogwarts this year.
