Backstory

Born into the Deuxmaine family, a rich line of French pure-bloods, it had been most imperative that I be sorted into Slytherin. The Sorting Hat had taken this request of mine into account and, though stalled for a heartbeat or two, landed me in the house of green and silver.

Like most of my ancestors, having Deuxmaine blood granted me the gift of Legilimency that had begun to show signs of at age three. This particular feat in power has led most of my ancestors to become biased and convinced of the power that blood status hold, but I beg to differ, and enjoy spending time with different witches and wizards regardless of the status of their blood.

I excel both at Potions and Charms, and enjoy Care of Magical Creatures as well, however Ancient Runes lull me to sleep, and Arithmancy confuses me more than anything.

I'm looking to become an Auror after I've finished school, but I'm still open to trying out new things that may change my mind. I really want to do well and impress myself.

I have a black ball python, his name is Draco and he's very docile and harmless. I think my greatest fear would be finding the people I love dead, and my greatest strength would be the things that make me a Slytherin: Ambition, Cunning, Resourcefulness, Pride, Self-Preservation, and Power.
