Backstory

I was born on the 27th of August 2004 to Rachael Tidmarsh and David Allman. My mother was only just twenty and dropped out of university to care for me, whereas my father was in the navy and constantly away. My father already had a daughter, Ashley, from his first marriage. Mother had my brother, George in 2006. When my parents divorced in 2008, It felt like my life was over, but my mum got pregnant again in 2010 to my half-brother, Taylor.When I received my Hogwarts letter in 2015, my mother thought it was a joke. It explained inside the letter that Harry Potter was a leaked story about real events and the real writer behind it was thrown into Azkaban. I thought it was a joke too, until I arrived at Diagon Ally. It was beautiful and everything I'd ever imagined. Of course, it had helped me learn my courses as I was a huge Potterhead before receiving my letter, meaning I had a small head start on people who hadn't read the books. Platform 9 ¾ was like a dream. I noticed that Neville Longbottom was going to be my new Herboligy teacher and nearly jumped up and down with my newfound excitement. Upon arrival, I was sorted into Slytherin. I didn't understand this as I was Muggle-born and had severe social anxiety, which made me even more nervous. I used one of the school owls to inform my mother that I had arrived safely and told her that I had been sorted into Slytherin house (which I'm sure she was not too happy about). My life finally felt whole. When third year came around, I chose to study Care for Magical Creatyres and Muggle Studies. I was never really an academic, so Muggle Studies seemed like the easy option, but Care for Magical Creatures was a genuine interest. And I believe, this is where my story begins...
