Backstory

At first I thought it was just a joke, ya know? My sister sometimes played pranks on me, or blamed me when some weird stuff happened around the house. But I knew it wasn’t just coincidence that I’d could make strange things happen. How was I supposed to know regular pencils couldn’t write in all the colors of the rainbow? I always knew I was special! Think Matilda and then realise how obsessed I got with the idea of Magic. Then when the letter did arrive from Hogwarts you could imagine how everything in my life made sense! I was born to be a witch! That weirdness suddenly made sense! The teasing from my sister about me being strange, I wasn’t strange at all! I was a witch! My life had some meaning! And magic is the best thing in my life.
