Backstory

I was sorted into Gryffindor, and the Sorting Hat made that selection because of the brave and caring heart I have. I faced many challenges prior to being sorted (and lord knows afterwards as well) however I was strong and made it through. I was indeed a hat stall, I had great potential to take my painful experiences and choose to react in a way that would cause others harm, and because of that it wasn't an easy choice. I personally believe I was sorted into Gryffindor because I asked. I had the bravery to ask the Sorting Hat to take into consideration for which house I wished to be in. The classes I like the most are Herbology, Charms, and Astrology. The classes I dislike the most are defence against the dark arts. I myself am muggleborn. Although my mother does know a great deal about magic, she herself is still a muggle. My blood status has caused some complications in the wixarding world, however I choose to deal with it head on- just like my sexuality (bisexual). My greatest strength also happens to be my greatest weakness, and that would be my compassion. I care greatly for others and couldn't stand to hurt someone's feelings. As a result I am not always able to defend myself. After I finish school, I am looking to get a job in teaching. Some students gain great bonds with their teachers, and it would be my own way of helping people- one student at a time. I think the most fascinating thing about magic would have to be the amount of great potential it has to expand the wonder of a Childs mind, and the great potential it has to be used for good.
