Backstory
Hello! I am Annie McGill, a first-year student at Hogwarts! I am an 11 year-old first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I was born on December 16, 2009 and spent my early life growing up in my Muggle family, and had no idea about my magical powers until I was 10 years old, where at this point I had already read the Muggles' Harry Potter books and watched the movie series on a Muggle platform known as 'Peacock'. I found out I had powers when one of my closest friends invited me over to her house and told me about how she knew she was magical herself, and I told her I had similar things happen to me. Since then, I dreamed of the moment I could go to Hogwarts. Unfortunately, my parents didn't believe me, and my friend and I had to convince the Ministry to make an online version that I could follow. Since then, I have all my supplies that I got with the friend, and she is on the online version as well. I have had to face the challenge of balancing Hogwarts, my Muggle School, and my mental health that can get me down. But, so far, I've done pretty well.
